About this team
The Optimist Club of Fort Worth has sponsored youth baseball for 69 consecutive years since 1955. The program serves boys and girls ages 5-14 from the Southside, TCU, and Wedgwood areas of Fort Worth, offering healthy competition and teaching kids to try their best, have fun, learn baseball, and be good sports. Now part of PONY Baseball, the program features five divisions from 6U Tee Ball through 14U Kid Pitch with home field at YMCA Sports Complex.
